Abdias’ Journey to Creating Centric
Abdias Alexandre’s journey into real estate began in 2015 when he left his $12.50-an-hour job at a community bank to pursue greater opportunities. He entered the industry facing challenges like limited support, minimal guidance, and a steep learning curve, but his dedication and strategic growth led him to sell over $200 million in real estate. These experiences inspired him to create Centric Realty Services, a brokerage focused on agent success and sustainable growth.
